WHERE DO I PICKUP MY ORDER?

You will find the COPENHELL Click N Collect shop near the main entrance.

Please note, You'll be asked to show your order confirmation when you come to collect your order.

RETURNS

We hope you love everything you order from us, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out!

If you purchase the wrong product/size, you must visit the Click N Collect trailer and ask for a swop. This is only possible if we have the requested item in stock!

If you want to have your purchase cancelled and monies refunded, you must apply for a refund at the festival in the Click N Collect shop. All returned products must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging. Read below for more information. 

When will I receive my refund? Once the returned item(s) are received, your request will be processed and refunded within a few days. Please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

Where will I see my refund? For refunds, we can only process them back to your original payment method.

HELP!

I have received the wrong product. What do I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, please visit the Click N Collect store at the festival.

The product I ordered is faulty or damaged. What do I do?
If the item you have purchased is faulty please visit the Click N Collect store at the festival or email collect@storez.dk and include your order number with a photo and description of the faulty/damaged product. A customer service team member will then be in touch with you regarding the Returns process. Please do not send faulty products back without contacting us.

Will I need to cover the cost of postage for my return order?
We’ll happily cover the cost of return postage only if you have received the incorrect product or if your product has arrived damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of shipping for change of mind or size.

Just a tip!
We also recommend to get tracking with your parcel as goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are received back and all shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
